How it works

Phase 1: Foundations (First 50 Hours)
Get comfortable with the core platforms and tools we use every day.

Work on existing simple websites (1–5 pages each). Gain experiencing setting up a blog, or content management system, and creating email newsletters and updating online calendars.

Phase 2: Applied Practice (Next 100 Hours)
Work alongside me on more advanced client websites (larger than 5 pages, adding features like storefronts, scheduling, automated email support).

Take on more responsibility for scheduling, email support, and troubleshooting.

Continue developing your technical, creative, and organizational skills with guidance and feedback.

Phase 3: Independent Project (at 150 hours)
Begin building your own brand and digital presence.

Apply everything you’ve learned by leading a project from start to finish.

Receive coaching and feedback while practicing independence.

Phase 4: Launch Prep (Final 50 Hours)
Learn the business side of tech support: costs involved, creating service packages, and pitching to clients.

Develop your personal brand and offerings.

Finish with a polished portfolio of 5–10 real-world projects you can proudly showcase.
