Our six-month, part-time apprenticeship program combines education & work experience to offer a unique path to a career with Web Design. You'll have the opportunity to develop professional skills and make lasting connections with clients, growing your web-design business.

Create a Website Portfolio that includes:

A Simple Website, Blog Website, Five Page Website, Store-front Website, Print-on-Demand and more.

10 hours a week

• The first 3 months you'll build 10 websites including your own portfolio website and set-up the foundation of your business marketing plan.

• Learn tips for working with people, coaching on communicating with clients, best practices.  In months 4 - 6 you'll start building your business, learn about affiliate marketing and teaching tips for teaching classes as a way to build clients.

Exchange

• 📚 $250 a month - program is 6 months

• 💌 10 hours per week

Earn While You Learn

• ✒️ Learn: We work with with local community colleges to build curricula that enable our apprentices to complete their studies while working. We pay for tuition, books and fees. You'll spend about 40 hours per week combined in the office and classroom.

• 🎙️ Earn: Apprentices receive a salary and full-time employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off and financial assistance for continuing education.

Mentorship & Support

• 📬 In addition to their manager, Early Careers contacts, and the community network of fellow apprentices, Each Apprentice is paired with a designated “Career Navigator.” Career Navigators support Apprentices in balancing work, school and life, and provide personal and professional development.
