Your website shouldn’t just tell people what you do. It should give them a reason to stay connected.
At Conscious Web Presence, I create email marketing systems that help small businesses grow their audience, nurture relationships, and turn curious visitors into potential clients and customers.
From the lead generator that gets someone to sign up, to the welcome emails that introduce your work, I help create an email experience that feels authentic to your business.
A good lead generator gives people something valuable in exchange for joining your email list.
I can help you create the strategy, content, signup experience, and email follow-up that connects it all together.
Services can include:
Building Online & In-Person Relationships
For Root & Canopy Healing, I created an interactive email lead generator that serves two purposes: it helps grow Erin's email list online while also becoming a useful part of her in-person workshops.
During Bach Flower Remedy workshops, participants can complete the same information-gathering process as part of the class. The information helps Erin better understand what each participant is experiencing and supports the process of identifying Bach Flower Remedies that may be appropriate for their individual needs.
The lead generator creates a natural connection between education, personalized wellness work, and ongoing communication.
Rather than creating a lead magnet that simply gives someone a PDF and collects an email address, this tool provides an experience that has value in itself.
Online:
Website visitors can interact with the resource, provide their information, and become part of Erin's email community.
In Person:
Workshop participants use the same process during class to gather information that can be incorporated into their Bach Flower Remedy exploration.
After the Workshop:
The email connection provides an opportunity to continue the relationship, share resources, communicate about future workshops, and invite participants to explore additional offerings.
✓ Interactive lead generator
✓ Email capture strategy
✓ Workshop integration
✓ Information-gathering experience
✓ Online and in-person application
✓ Follow-up marketing opportunities
This is an example of how email marketing doesn't have to feel like “marketing.”
The best digital tools can become part of the actual experience a business provides.
In this case, the lead generator isn't simply collecting an email address.
It's helping Root & Canopy Healing connect with people, gather meaningful information, support an in-person experience, and continue the conversation after the workshop ends.
One tool. Multiple purposes. A more connected customer experience.

Learning what interests your customers for a customized experience.
For Merritt Massage & Yoga, I created a free monthly yoga class as an email lead generator designed to do more than simply grow an email list.
The signup helps identify people who are specifically interested in yoga, allowing us to communicate with them about yoga classes, new offerings, and opportunities that are relevant to their interests.
Instead of sending every subscriber every promotion, the email strategy focuses on relevance: yoga-interested subscribers receive information about yoga.
Attract
Offer a free yoga class as an easy, valuable introduction to the practice.
↓
Identify
The signup tells us that the person is interested in yoga, giving us useful information about what they want to hear about.
↓
Connect
Subscribers receive updates about new yoga classes, programs, and related offerings.
↓
Bring Them Back
Each month, a new free class gives subscribers a reason to return to the website.
↓
Build Engagement
Regular visits and ongoing interaction with the site's yoga content create additional opportunities for people to discover and explore the website.
The real value of this lead generator is the ongoing relationship it creates.
Someone who signs up isn't simply added to a general mailing list. They're connected to content based on their interest in yoga.
The monthly free class also creates a reason to keep returning to the website. Over time, those repeat visits and continued engagement help strengthen the site's overall online presence and create more opportunities for its yoga content to be discovered through search.
✓ Free monthly yoga class lead generator
✓ Email signup and audience-interest strategy
✓ Yoga-focused email communication
✓ New class announcements
✓ Ongoing content strategy
✓ Monthly website return strategy
✓ Connection between email marketing and SEO
A lead generator can do more than collect an email address.
For Merritt Massage & Yoga, it became a connection point between the website, email marketing, yoga classes, and search visibility.
Someone discovers a free class.
They join the email list.
We learn they're interested in yoga.
They receive relevant information.
They return for another class.
And the relationship continues to grow.
That's the kind of digital system I love creating: one piece of content doing more than one job.

Turning Expertise Into Student Support and Connection Between Classes
Wolfgang Luckmann teaches massage therapists, bodyworkers, acupuncturists, and wellness professionals through hands-on workshops and online courses. His website brings together live classes, video courses, educational content, and opportunities for students to connect directly with Wolfgang.
For Wolfgang, email marketing isn't just about promoting the next class.
It's about staying connected with students between classes and creating an ongoing learning community.
The website includes an email signup that gives visitors a way to stay informed about Wolfgang's work, classes, and educational opportunities.
But the relationship doesn't stop with email.
Twice a year, we host online student Q&A events, giving students an opportunity to:
The website describes the Q&A as part office hours, part community gathering, and part deeper exploration of course material.

CONTINUED LEARNING
Students return to the website, explore additional courses, watch educational content, and continue their relationship with Wolfgang.
✓ Email signup strategy
✓ Email marketing and communications
✓ Student engagement strategy
✓ Online Q&A event promotion
✓ Community-building opportunities
✓ Connection between live and online education
✓ Ongoing communication with students
The goal wasn't simply to create another email newsletter.
It was to create a digital extension of Wolfgang's classroom.
His students may take a workshop in person, continue learning through an online video course, have questions as they practice, and then have an opportunity to reconnect with Wolfgang during a live Q&A.
Email helps connect those experiences.
A strong email strategy can help a small business create something that a social media feed can't easily replicate: a direct, ongoing relationship with the people who have already expressed interest in its work.
For Wolfgang Luckmann, that relationship becomes a community of students who can continue learning, asking questions, sharing experiences, and discovering what's next.
The website attracts.
Email connects.
Education builds trust.
Community keeps the relationship going.

Creating an Email Flow to Educate about Events & Services
Phases of the Moon is a community-centered organization that brings together workshops, speakers, music, movement, art, ceremony, healing, and connection. With a major event taking place each year, the challenge isn't simply promoting the event once tickets go on sale.
It's about building anticipation, staying connected with the community, and creating a system that keeps working throughout the year.
For Phases of the Moon, I help bring the pieces together through website updates, targeted lead generation, and strategically scheduled email campaigns.
Rather than starting from scratch every year, we created and pre-schedule email marketing around the annual event.
This allows communications to be planned in advance and released strategically as the event approaches.
Throughout the year:
→ Keep the community connected
→ Build awareness for the upcoming event
→ Share relevant updates and information
→ Create opportunities for people to join the email list
→ Introduce people to individual offerings and services
→ Build anticipation as the event gets closer
→ Drive people back to the website
The email campaign doesn't exist separately from the website.
As information changes, I update the website so that the emails and website work together as part of the same marketing journey.
Email → Website → Interest → Connection → Event
A subscriber receives an email.
↓
They visit the website to learn more.
↓
They discover an event, service, or offering that interests them.
↓
They join the community or take the next step.
↓
The relationship continues through future emails and events.
For the Emotional Alchemy program, I created a service-specific lead generator rather than relying on a generic newsletter signup.
The Emotional Alchemy page introduces visitors to the program and invites them to enter their email address to receive a free introductory video with Elyse Michelle. The video introduces the Emotional Alchemy process and guides viewers through a simple emotional-awareness practice.
This creates a natural progression:
Discover Emotional Alchemy
↓
Watch the Free Introduction
↓
Become an Email Subscriber
↓
Learn More About the Program
↓
Explore the Next Step
The lead generator is directly connected to the service being offered, so the person signing up has already demonstrated a specific interest in Emotional Alchemy.
That makes the lead much more meaningful than simply adding another name to a general mailing list.
✓ Service-specific lead generator
✓ Free introductory video offer
✓ Email signup experience
✓ Dedicated Emotional Alchemy webpage
✓ Website content and updates
✓ Email marketing strategy
✓ Pre-scheduled yearly event emails
✓ Ongoing community communication
✓ Connection between individual services and the larger Phases of the Moon community
One of the things I love about working with Phases of the Moon is that there isn't just one audience or one offering.
Someone might discover the organization through the annual gathering.
Someone else might be interested in a healing session.
Another person might connect with Emotional Alchemy.
Someone else might want to attend a workshop or community gathering.
The goal is to create multiple entry points into the same community while keeping the overall experience connected.
The website provides the information.
The lead generators create a reason to connect.
Email keeps the conversation going.
And the yearly event brings the community together in person.
This project represents the kind of work I love most at Conscious Web Presence.
I'm not simply writing an email or updating a webpage.
I'm looking at the bigger picture:
What are we offering?
Who is interested?
What would make someone take the next step?
Where should that person go?
What happens after they sign up?
How do we keep the relationship going?
Then I build the pieces so they work together.
A website that stays current.
Lead generators that connect people to specific offerings.
Emails that can be planned and scheduled ahead of time.
A community that has reasons to stay connected throughout the year.
And a marketing system that doesn't have to be reinvented every time an event comes around.
